Do credits expire?
No. Credits have no expiry date: they stay on your account as long as it is active, and you can top up whenever you like.
Is there a mandatory subscription?
No. STUDIA runs on credits, not subscriptions: you buy when you need to and credits have no expiry date. No automatic renewal, no fixed monthly cost.
Can I get a refund?
You have the statutory right of withdrawal: within 14 days of purchase we refund the credits you haven’t used yet, also through the “Withdraw from contract here” function on the Credits page. If you have a problem even after that, write to us.
Can I share my account?
The account, no. But elaborations, yes — sharing is free and unlimited. For study groups it's the best way to split costs.
Can I get an invoice?
After payment we send you a purchase confirmation by email with the amount, date and order reference. For tax documentation needs, write to support@stud-ia.app.
