Right of withdrawal

These instructions apply if you are a consumer, i.e. if you buy credits for purposes outside any business or professional activity.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from any contract for the purchase of credits, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded, i.e. the day of payment. The period expires at the end of the fourteenth day after the day of payment (Italian time); if that day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Italy, it expires at the end of the next working day. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before it expires.

2. How to withdraw

You can inform us of your decision in one of these ways:

In the app, with the “Withdraw from contract here” function on the Credits page: choose the purchase, check your name and email address and press “Confirm withdrawal”. We immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, with the content of your statement and the date and time it was sent.

You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. Please state the email address of your account and, if possible, the date of purchase. We will confirm receipt by email.

3. Effects of withdrawal

We refund you without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day we receive your notice, using the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees for the refund. Before paying, by ticking the mandatory box in the purchase window on the Credits page, you asked to receive the credits immediately and to start using the service during the withdrawal period: we therefore refund the price of the purchased credits not yet used, in proportion to the price paid for the package, while for the credits already used the service was performed at your request and is not refundable (Articles 57(3) and 59(a) and (o) of the Italian Consumer Code). If you bought more than one package, the credits from the oldest purchases are deemed to be used first. Refunded credits are deducted from your balance.

4. Non-refundable credits

The 10 free credits, credits received through the referral programme and credits earned through the showcase are not refundable, because they were not purchased. The full calculation rules are in the Terms of Service.
